Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore, if the product you receive is damaged, or if you’ve received the incorrect product, please be advised of the following:

  1. You have 14 days to exercise a return or replacement request for your product.

  3. Please include your order number and a description of the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and a picture of the damaged or incorrect item.
  4. Once we receive the above submission, and your claim is reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If your return is approved, your refund will be promptly processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
